Data Removal Request Procedure
If you wish to delete your account and user data from our Service Assistant app, you have two options:
1) In Service Assistant, select the Help tab at the bottom right of the Home Screen marked with a "?". Then select the "Manage" link at the top, next to your name. Here you can update your information, or delete your account and data.
2) Request your account and data be deleted manually by our staff. Please email email@example.com from the email account you use to login and title the subject line- "Data Removal Request".
Your data will be permanently deleted.
